With the role of Content Creative & Innovation, Gaia is the creative mind and innovation center of the company. Working in Enrico’s team she has been able to create a synergy between creativity and big-data, her passion in fact being numbers and strategies that can never be missed before the implementation of creative work. She collaborates cross-functionally with all areas of the company, working alongside her team, the social team and the Amazon team on both a creative and campaign level. She soon jumps into the Metaverse and Web 3 world to bring new solutions to her clients, collaborating with several subject matter experts. She initially joins XChannel as a Business Developer, a role she has not abandoned as she contributes to the company’s expansion by prospecting for new leads. She obtains a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Sciences and Foreign Literature at the Catholic University of Milan and later a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication at Bocconi University. She has always been passionate about marketing, art and sports.
